I'm into the field of sports uniform design.

Couldn't you see the Browns changing their jerseys and pants to this?

Those types of uniforms work well for specific teams/colors. The Falcons come to mind immediately. It doesn't work well with brown and orange.

Anyhow, the Browns have not made many adjustments to their uniforms since, well....ever. They added some stripes around the sleeves when the team returned in 1999. Other than that, the occasional alternate uniform with shadowed numbers, and a slightly different style of number, the jerseys have been pretty much the same since the Jim Brown/Otto Graham era.
